All of my jewellery will be supplied in presentation boxes and bead sets, cored beads and pendants in velvet pouches. Payment can be made by Credit card or Pay Pal.

All my lampwork beads have been annealed in a digitally controlled kiln to remove stress for maximum strength and durability. But please remember glass dropped on hard surfaces may break or chip.
Please be aware that most of the items are small and not suitable for children.
All bead holes have been cleaned and are ready for use.
All photos are taken with a Sony Cyber-shot digital camera and no enhancements have been made, colours may vary on different monitors.
All sizes, colour, shape, and pattern descriptions are as accurate as possible.
Returns
Your satisfaction with my work is very important to me.
If for any reason you are not happy with your beads or jewellery (except earrings), please contact me by email within 3 days stating your reasons, and return the goods to me in their original packaging and in a saleable condition within 10 days for a credit or refund. I cannot accept returns of earrings due to Hygiene.
